Combines the brilliant intensity of pen and ink with the versatility of line and wash.
Apply pure vibrant dry colour, then wash the pigment out with water to leave a strong translucent ink-like effect.
Once dry the colour is permanent and can be worked over with other media, ie pencil or ink.
We also sell the individual colours.
We have actually seen these pencils being made in the Derwent factory, in the UK's picturesque Lake District.
